Semicolon-Press is a publisher located in gorgeous Amsterdam. We advise institutions in shaping their communication and publishing outputs, and tend to focus on design, art, architecture, urbanism, and history. Collaborating with organizations and individuals; we conceive, develop, publishing crafted print and digital media–ranging from websites to books, to exhibitions and podcasts. Our first publication is the podcast “Dutch Art & Design Today”, which profiles guests working in those fields, with deep-diving, long-form interviews. The second is “Frans Hals Paintings—The Podcast”, which explores the history and appreciation of art by the seventeenth-century painter Frans Hals. We cater to a rigorously curious clientele, and through our work, seek to ignite in audiences, a profound desire to better understand the past.
